As part of Watercare’s Northern Interceptor Project, we will be undertaking an inspection of the underside of Greenhithe Bridge.  Works will commence on the 11 August from 9.00pm to 5.00am Sunday to Thursday  for five consecutive nights for approximately five to six weeks.  Works are weather dependant.

The underbridge unit will access the shared path off Tauhinu Road.  The existing bollard will be lowered temporarily to allow the unit to access the path.

A traffic controller will monitor and stop pedestrians and cyclists during the operation of the machinery. The wait time is estimated to be 10 minutes.  STMS will accompany path users past the works site once the area is safe.
